This easy-peasey chocolate mousse recipe will satisfy your sweet craving!
INGREDIENTS
400ml tin of coconut cream
5 tbs of cocoa powder
4 tbs of rice malt syrup
4 tbs of chia seeds
1 tsp of cinnamon
1 tsp of vanilla essence
METHOD
Combine all ingredients in a bowl and mix well with beaters and then transfer to individual ramekins and pop in the fridge for 3 hours. Serve with fresh fruit!
