Recipe - Flourless peanut butter cookies

To busy to bake? Try this EASY PEASEY 3 Ingredient only snack which is easy to track.

INGREDIENTS

•260g peanut butter

•1 egg

•Sweetner or Vanilla Extract (optional)


METHOD

•Preheat oven to 180 degrees. Line baking trays with baking paper.

•Combine the peanut butter, egg and sweetner. Mix using an electric mixer of food processor until smooth.

•Drop spoonfuls of dough onto the prepared baking tray. Flatten the tops with a fork. •Bake cookies in preheated oven for 6 to 8 minutes. Try not to over-bake, these cookies are best when they are still soft and barely brown on the bottom.

•Let cookies cool for 5 minutes before serving
