Turn your fitness schedule into a group effort with cardio box classes, cycling classes, body balance classes, yoga & pilates. With our wide selection of classes set up throughout the week, Invigorate Health Club makes it easy to find a fitness class that works with your schedule. 

For the safety of our group fitness participants, we please ask that any medical conditions, including pregnancy be brought to the attention of the class GF instructor prior to commencing the class. Please arrive 10 minutes before the class start time to discuss with your class instructor as they will decide whether it is safe or not to participate in the given class.
